Universal Roll Sizer

The solution to those dreaded bolt clickers is finally here.  Regardless of what die and reamer combo you use eventually youll get the dreaded bolt click.  It might take 10+ firings for them to appear but they will appear.  I had some 300 norma improved brass with over 15 firings on it that started getting clickers at the mild load.  The die won't reach down far enough to correct it.  I set up the Universal Roll Sizer and ran the brass through it.  No bolt clicks even with 3 gr more powder.  Primer pockets are still super tight and I don't expect them to wear out in less than 50 firings.  This unit will allow you to bring brass back down to brand new dimensions if you want as it is micrometer adjustable.  Only takes a few minutes to run 50-100 pieces through it.  I also found that running it through the roll sizer will result in alot less pressure required to run the brass up into your press.  When the brass is roll sized it will push the headspace of the brass forward another thou or so which is why you want to roll size before running it into your sizing die.

Please note, the rollsizer is not suitable for belted cases (i.e. 300 Weatherby magnum and belted cases).
